If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please use our website form to contact us with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a damaged/wrong product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of recieving your order. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit you best, please check out our size guides, or use our contact us page to get in touch and we will do our best to advise you. You can also contact us on Instagram and Twitter; here you can also find customer photos that may help you with your order. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
